Government Free Entitlement

Food

Danesmoor House Day Nursery provide healthy and nutritious food, for which we hold the Healthy Early Years award. Food is not covered by government funded hours and therefore we make an extra charge on funded sessions. We believe this is excellent value for money as we provide for all meals and snacks throughout the day, cooked by our chef. However, if you would prefer to provide a packed lunch, please speak to the management team, who will provide you with our Healthy packed lunch policy, which would need to be adhered to.  Food charges still apply in the event of absence unless it is pre-booked holiday.

Daily Food Charges

  • Breakfast: £1.00
  • Lunch (includes morning snack): £3.00
  • Afternoon snack: £1.00
